Problem
PawDash needed a two-sided pet services marketplace: owners book walks and delivery, providers take jobs, and everyone needs live location during active services — with payments and subscriptions that actually hold up in production.
What I built
At Mirage Minds I contributed to a production marketplace on Laravel 10 and React with a Node WebSocket layer for live tracking. The platform covers multi-role users (owners, walkers, drivers, admins), MamoPay payments, subscription and membership billing, promo codes, reviews, push notifications, location services, and an admin dashboard with analytics. Redis caching and queues were part of the scale path.
Stack
Laravel 10, React, WebSocket, Redis, MamoPay, MySQL, and the surrounding production infrastructure for a live marketplace.
Outcome
PawDash shipped as a full booking, tracking, and payments product — not a prototype map screen. The ops layer covers the order lifecycle end to end.
