Problem
Service businesses lose work when calls, bookings, and follow-up operations are split across people, calendars, and manual admin.
What I built
I built Desklify as an AI phone receptionist and ops dashboard. The phone agent uses Vapi tool calling, routes actions through n8n, writes structured data into Supabase, syncs bookings with Google Calendar, and exposes calls, bookings, customers, invoices, automations, and AI settings inside a Next.js dashboard.
Stack
Vapi, n8n, Supabase, Next.js, Google Calendar, Stripe, and TypeScript.
Outcome
Desklify is in a live pilot with Trendtide, a field cleaning company — the voice agent and dashboard are handling real calls and bookings today. It's early-stage by design: I'd rather let the pilot generate the numbers than quote projections.
