Problem
Jazz Creative Agency needed an internal delivery platform — projects, team coordination, and a client portal — built around agency workflow instead of a generic project-management tool.
What I built
At Mirage Minds I contributed to a Laravel 10 and React 18 system with OAuth2 (Passport): project lifecycle management, hierarchical tasks and sub-tasks, estimated vs actual time tracking, milestones, realtime discussions and comments, file storage with versioning and restore, a client portal with timeline and live feed, access codes for client security, audit logs, analytics, and six roles with granular permissions (Admin, PM, Junior PM, Customer Support, Third Party, Client).
Stack
Laravel 10, React 18, OAuth2 (Laravel Passport), Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL.
Outcome
The agency runs delivery from one source of truth for team work, with controlled client visibility instead of scattered status chats and spreadsheets.
